2025 - 2026  ESPN PRE-DRAFT

MEET THE MANAGERS

Last year was just the warm-up. Now, as we enter Year Two of the $20 Fourth Down Society Fantasy Football League, ten managers are locked in and ready for battle. Some are grizzled veterans with championship rings, others are rookies still figuring out the difference between a flex spot and a flex of confidence. But all of them have one goal: walk away with the trophy, the bragging rights, and the ability to talk trash for the next 365 days.

The league is set, the stakes are real, and the trash talk has already begun. Before the draft madness starts, let’s meet the cast of characters who will make this season unforgettable.

Frankie – The Commissioner

Die-hard Giants fan who’s suffered through years of heartbreak but still manages to watch every team like he’s scouting for the NFL Combine. Knows more than you’d expect, plays harder than you’d think, and isn’t afraid to fine you one waiver claim for “disrespecting the shield.” Ready to defend the league’s honor and claim his first trophy in the same season.

Angel – The Silent Assassin

A Seahawks fan who makes Bill Belichick look chatty. Angel doesn’t say much in the chat, but when he does, it’s usually followed by him quietly climbing the standings. You won’t see him coming… until he’s the one kicking you out of the playoffs.

Jose – The Big Baller

Patriots fan and high-roller in fantasy circles. Plays in leagues that cost more than some people’s rent, and his strategy is pure adrenaline—high risk, high reward, and no fear. He’s not here for second place — he’s here to prove that his bold moves are the stuff of champions.

Jenny – The Wild Card Champ

Three-time champion in other leagues. Cowboys fan with ice in her veins and chaos in her playbook. The queen of chaos. She’ll zig when everyone zags, makes a move that looks insane in the moment… until you realize it just won her the week. If you think you’ve figured out her plan… you haven’t.

Jolyn – The Safe Gambler

The rookie in the room, but don’t let that fool you. Jolyn may be new to fantasy, but she knows how to play the odds — and win. Doesn’t watch football (yet), but understands the rush of having something on the line. She’s the type to bet $5 just to feel alive, and now she’s here to see if that adrenaline can carry her through a full fantasy season. She’s betting smart, learning fast, and has just enough unpredictability to throw seasoned vets off their game. First-year magic is real, and she’s ready to be the Cinderella story of the season.

Noe – The Snakebitten Contender

Cowboys fan who came within inches of winning it all last year, despite nearly everyone agreeing he should’ve been knocked out weeks earlier. Drafts like a champ, works waivers like a pro, but always seems to get hit with bad luck at the worst times. Could Year Two finally be his redemption arc?

Junior – The Cowboy-ish Competitor

Claims to be a Cowboys fan, but only watches football when it’s on at Buffalo Wild Wings. This is his second year in fantasy, and he’s saying all the right things about “being ready to win.” Whether he means it or not remains to be seen—but hey, at least he’s here for the drama.

Ernie – The Chill Out Bro

Cowboys fan who defines “low stress fantasy.” He’s here for the fun, the laughs, and the memes. Win? Cool. Lose? Also cool. Forget to set his lineup? Wouldn’t be the first time. Ernie is the guy who reminds us all it’s “just a game”… while casually knocking you out of playoff contention in Week 12.

Lewis – The Trash Talker

First season in the Fourth Down Society, but a four-time champ elsewhere. Cowboys fan with zero filter and an endless supply of smack talk. He will get in your head, talk about your team like it’s the 0–16 Lions, and somehow make you doubt your own first-round pick. Whether he wins or not, the entertainment value is elite.

Pete – The Die Hard

Bears fan through and through—which is already a sign of true loyalty. Plays in multiple leagues, watches football like it’s his religion, and has the kind of detailed game knowledge that can make you rethink your entire draft board. If the Bears win a couple games this year, Pete might just become unstoppable.

The rivalries are real, the stakes are set, and the group chat is about to explode with overconfidence and regret. This is the second chapter of our story, and it’s shaping up to be even more unpredictable than the first.

Get ready—because soon, picks will be made, rosters will be set, and dreams will be crushed. The official draft date will be announced soon… so sharpen your trash talk, hide your sleepers, and let’s get Year Two underway.
